The Boeing company delivery has been slowed and been retarded in May this pandemic’s is crushing its impact on the airline industry.

The U.S planemaker company The Boeing company said that it had only handed four planes in May and 6 planes in April. They also added that this is the lowest total number of planes sold in the last six decades.

Boeing had also added that customers are also canceling their orders, the total order of 18 planes has been canceled, which includes 14 max jets which are the company’s top-selling plane until a pair of crashes that had just occurred over a year ago.

The cancellations of aircraft in May came from a host of aircraft-leasing firms six from unidentified customers, four from General Electric Co’s, three from the aviation capital group, and one from CIT aviation which is causing fell of shares by 3%.

These leasing firms control over 40% of the global fleet, and most of them are customers of MAX jets.

Many aircraft leasing companies and airlines including Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, and brazils GOL have canceled their order due to deliberate decrement of airline and travel industry.

Boeing company sales have been decreased by about 87% than it used to deliver exactly a year ago.

Boeing did make through new nine orders for wide-body planes which includes two 777 Firefighters, one 737 Next Generation based aircraft for the US military but it hadn’t made through any passenger plane.
